Doesn’t it seem like every diet guru has their take on what you should eat for optimal weight loss?

If you feel like you have had it with information overload on what to eat I don’t blame you. Something as simple as knowing what to feed your body shouldn’t be so complex.

A simple tip is to only eat when you feel physical hunger. How do you do that?

Using a 1-10 hunger scale where 1 is starving and 10 is stuffed only eat when you have a hunger rating between a 1-4.

The desire to eat when you rate your hunger in the 6-10 range means you are experiencing emotional hunger which is not a true bodily need for food and a waste of calories.
