How to Take the Headache Out of Losing Weight

Did you ever wish you could take a pill and magically lose weight once and for all?

I don’t have a magic pill but I am going to give you a simple tip that could change how you view weight loss and your body forever.

Hi I’m Sheri McNally, Nutritionist and author.

Do you believe that you just haven’t found the right diet or exercise program?

I am going to be bold and tell you that weight loss is less about diet and exercise and more about how you feel.

After working with hundreds of weight loss clients I realized that having to go on a diet makes people feel bad.

The problem is that when you feel bad it can be difficult to lose and maintain weight.

It’s no wonder why 90% of dieters regain the weight.

Last week I shared how to rate how you feel on a 1-10 scale to increase your awareness of your daily feelings.

This week I would like you to try to intentionally increase your feeling rating.

To increase your feeling rating you could look at photos, go for a walk, listen to music, or make fun plans.

How is this going to help you to lose weight?

If bad feelings about weight loss=failure (90%) then the opposite would be that good feelings about weight loss=success.
