So you want to lose weight but you feel like you lack the motivation or will power?

Do you associate the words weight loss or diet with the need for will power, motivation or having to discipline yourself?

I want to help you to see that losing weight doesn’t have to feel so negative.


First of all you have plenty of will power and you shouldn’t need to discipline yourself because it not about being on the right diet, it’s about your mindset.

Believe it or not food and exercise are not the priority when it comes to long-term weight loss.

Eating nourishing foods and daily exercise are always necessary regardless of weight loss. It’s just comes with being human.

The typical diet and exercise approach usually entails cutting calories and increasing exercise. This is putting the cart before the horse.

The first step is to take inspired action and then self-motivation is a natural side effect.

What is inspired action? This is when you feel motivated because you’re thinking thoughts that feel good which leads to actions that feel good.


I am going to reveal one simple way you can take inspired action today:

Ask yourself why do you want to lose weight? Get real specific, make a list of 3-4 things. Go beyond looking good in your clothes.


To summarize nourishing foods and exercise are absolutely necessary every day because you’re human.

Approaching weight loss by cutting calories and exercising is putting the cart before the horse.

The more ideal first step is to take inspired action and then motivation is a natural side effect.
